TERMS OF SERVICE

^GENERAL
• By sending a request you're accepting my terms of service so please read them before asking for a commision.
• I have the right to decline the commission if I don't feel comfortable with it or any other reason.
• I'm allowed to post your commission on my social media (If you don't want me to, let me know beforehand)
• I DO draw: original characters, fanart, ships (selfship, canonxcanon, ocxcanon, ocxoc, etc)
• I DON'T draw: mecha, nsfw, furry, backgrounds or anything I'm uncomfortable with
• Please consider my art style.
(Also my first language is spanish so please be nice if something sounds weird 💦)^{PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS}
• Full upfront payment is required. I will start workin on your commission after I recieve the payment.
• Refunds are only possible if I haven't started your commission or if can't continue with it for any reason. In that case, I will notify you before making the refund.
• I won't do refunds after the sketch.^REVISIONS
• Maximum 3 free revisions. Other changes will be charged extra depending on the complexity.
• You can't make changes to the pose after the sketch is approved.
When coloring, i'll show you the base colors to make sure everything is okay.
• If I forgot something shown in the references please let me know, it won't be charged extra.^{DEADLINES AND DELIVERY}
• Commission may take between 2 weeks - 2 months depending the complexity, the type of the commission or my queue.
• You can ask for updates at any time, but please don't rush me.
• The files will be sent by email or google drive.^USE
• COMMISSIONS ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.
• NFT/AI is not allowed.
• Keeping that in mind, you can use and edit the drawing as much as you want.
• You are free to post your commission online, but please give me credits.^{INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS}
• The client cannot claim the drawing as theirs, cannot copy, trace or sell.
• Unapproved WIPS are my propety. Not client.
